We connect with our loved ones every day. But how
present are we? How accepting? How helpful?
Supportive Listening is a simple, innovative way to
connect with and support with those we care about
most.
In this workshop, Eran and I introduce the basics of
Supportive Listening through solid instruction and
lots of practice.
The outcome is that as a listener, you have a clear
idea of what to do to be truly supportive for a
friend or family member in need.

Getting support from a friend.
In this short talk I tell of my own experience of Stepping
into Emotional Pressure with a member of my team. He's a
valued part of the time, and yet is clearly unhappy and is
talking of leaving. What do I do? Placate? Argue? Or
something else?

In this highly interactive workshop, I'll draw the parallels
between partner movement in tango, and relating in life.
Everyone will try both leading and following, to gain a fuller
appreciation for the challenges and opportunities of connection.
No dance experience is needed--just be able to walk forwards and
backwards. You are invited to bring a friend, partner, family
member but it's not necessary--there will be frequent switching.
Here is a short talk I gave about this connection, called "Tango as collaborative leadership."

Leaders intuitively know that they need to be connected with their
teams. Such teams work well together, share information effectively,
and get things done. But how does a leader establish such connection?
In this workshop, we give a clear framework for connected leadership,
and introduce practical tools for building it. Participants get hands
on practice in using these connection tools, plus ongoing support to
apply them.
We have several versions of this workshop to fit your needs. For
