Hello, I'm Paul Konasewich. I'm the founder
of Connect Leadership. I am a passionate believer in approaching leadership as a science—a
definable, measurable phenomenon that can be understood. I am particularly
interested in how to effectively teach core leadership skills. These
are still the early days of the field! Much innovation is yet to
come.
Outside of Connect Leadership, I teach part time with the
Challenge Learning Center in Mountain View, California.
In years past I was a group program manager at Microsoft,
including stints on Excel, Encarta.com, and the Tablet PC. I have
an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of business, where I focused on
leadership and corporate strategy. Much of my thinking on group
functioning was inspired by post graduate studies in
family systems
at the Georgetown Family Center.
I currently serve on
the board of the Bay Area Organization
Development Network.
